Speaker Onsari Gharti Magar has said that political parties should be serious towards the issue of constitution amendment as different sides have been claiming that the constitution is incomplete. Inaugurating Suryodaya Buddha Bihar at Chhoti Morang of Dharan sub metropolitan city on Tuesday, Speaker Gharti Magar said, “Political parties should forge a consensus on constitution implementation just like they did while promulgating it.” She stressed on the need for serious discussion on matters relating to constitution amendment and reach a logical conclusion. “It is difficult to amend the constitution without unity among political parties,” she said. The Buddha Bihar inaugurated today at the border of Dhankuta and Sunsari will house 1,000 statues of Lord Buddha.
